In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision and without penalty. To exercise this right, please complete the form below. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, mentioning the content of your request as well as the date and time of registration. Once your request has been received, we will get back to you promptly to confirm that your withdrawal has been taken into account and to arrange the return of your items as well as the refund, processed within the legal timeframe of 14 days following receipt of the return.
