Mango and Rasberries Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
90 ml plain yogurt
310 ml semi-skimmed milk or 310 ml
2 tablespoons of honey
180 g of fresh or frozen mango
130 g of fresh or frozen raspberries
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, milk and honey.
Add the fruit and puree using a mixer.
Refrigerate.
Serve cold.
VARIANTS
Put in the freezer to offer popsicles!
